SIMAS ring coiling machines are specifically designed for high speed production of snap rings or retaining rings. The standard series of SIMAS ring machines are shown below. The unique SIMAS design allows manufacturing of retaining rings from round wire, square wire, rectangular wire, and trapezoid wire shapes. A wide range of special end configurations are available due to the unique cutoff system.
