The HTC 60W 3D wire forming machine is a multi-axes (7) high performance wire former designed for production of complex wire forms. The HTC wire former utilizes the feed and form process. However, the HTC wire former accurately rotates the wire into position for forming by the bend head.
Utilizing a modern touch screen interface, programming is simple with the advanced, user friendly HTC software. The servo controlled support table is ideal for stabilizing large parts during the wire forming process.
